Choice of Chalets & Prices
Our 5 star facilities provide a choice of Chalets:
- 2 large Luxury Indoor Chalets with sun shelf and a window each looking up to the wildlife pond
- 16 Deluxe Chalets with outside run to watch the wildlife from
- 2 Deluxe Family Chalets with large outside run to watch the wildlife from

All chalets have upvc doors with glass windows and mesh, plastic walls, kitchen worktops for shelves and concrete painted floors so that everything is hygienic, doesn’t harbour germs and all surfaces are easy to disinfect. There is underfloor heating throughout the cattery to ensure on colder days it is still nice and warm indoors and air conditioning for really hot days. Each chalet is large enough for at least 2 cats from the same household to share if required, some are large enough for up to 3 cats from the same household to share. Every chalet has natural light as well as it’s own electric light, at least two chairs to curl up on and the use of a hand made scratch post. The large Luxury Indoor Chalets have a sun shelf and window for your cat to enjoy sun and fresh air when they wish. Deluxe Chalets have a door and cat flap to the outside run and are large enough for up to 2 cats from the same household to share if required. Deluxe Family Chalets also have a door and cat flap to the outside run and are suitable for up to 3 cats from the same household to share. In the very hot weather there is also air conditioning in the cattery. Obviously every chalet is fully cleaned, disinfected and dried in between each holiday makers stay.
All Inclusive Holiday Prices:
All prices include …the food your cat is used to eating at home, fresh litter and trays changed daily or more often if required, insurance whilst in the cattery, under floor heating on cold days, air conditioning on very hot days, lighting throughout the night, a view of a bird table and garden, a pond or fields to keep them amused, music during the daytime, a holiday photo on our facebook page, at least one “room service” clean per day (more if required), Dreamies or Felix treats, toys with cat nip and as many cuddles, play and personal attention that they want. All dishes, litter trays, chairs and scratch posts are provided so the only thing you need to pack for your cat/s holiday is their bedding and vaccination card. If your cat is on a special diet, I respectfully ask that their food is provided by yourself. (Grooming and medication at an additional cost, please enquire by phone)

Please note that to share, cats must be from the same household and must get on well, otherwise an additional chalet will be required and charged for at full price.
Payment is preferred by BACS in full, 14 days before your holiday. I do not have the facility to accept payment by credit or debit card, sorry. Cash or Cheque is also acceptable. Cheques to be made payable to “Bromley Hayes Cattery”. Thank – you.
